Be it PCOS, Diabetes, thyroid or simply for a toned body we offer health plans to eliminate any of these
or other clinical conditions.
What do we ask from you?
Now that you've made the decision to embark on this lovely path of self-appreciation, we ask that you commit to changing your routine for at least three months. It’s not a day’s, a week’s or a month’s job.
As promised, the focus of this programme will be on consuming wholesome, balanced foods. I am not here to eliminate all of your favourite things but to make you incorporate a way of healthy eating, clean eating and to balance out everything.
At the conclusion of the programme, not only you but also the others around you will acknowledge your decision to lead a healthy lifestyle. You'll have a greater understanding of your body.
A 4-STEP MANTRA
Step 1
Self Awareness
Your journey towards a healthier version of you will only start when you decode your own personal goals no matter how naïve it may look right now
Your decision to start a healthier journey with me, This is when you make up your mind to put in your efforts for an outcome that you have wished since a long time now
All you have to do at this stage is to jot down your own goals and discuss them with me on our meeting
Step 2
Deep Dive Into Your Lifestyle
The crucial part of your journey begins right here. This is when you will be able to share your journey without any hesitation. Please make sure to represent the reality with utmost clarity
Now since you are determined and motivated enough, we have our first in depth consultation. I shall learn about your daily routine, your lifestyle and your food preferences
In order to make this a very personalised session, we shall make sure to keep aside any hesitation be it regarding weight, medical condition or allergies and make sure you are open about things for me understand you in a better way
Step 3
Goal Setting and Fulfillment
I shall curate a plan keeping in mind all details provided by you. Now my role gets over and your role starts
Now it is upto you to follow the program fully or 50% or minimally. You will be asked to keep a food dairy and to send me pictures of your meals for me to understand your routine and monitor it closely
We shall be meeting every fortnightly to discuss and modify the plan. Remember that the ball is in your court now and you are what you shall create. Any difficulty during the program will be easily solved via chat. It is upto You to get You where You want to be
Step 4
Your Valuable Feedback
Since we value each one of our patients, we would highly appreciate if you can spare some time and give us the feedback which will help us improve in future and leverage the learnings for other patients as well
This step is very important. You are now done with your program and you have achieved your goal. The next step will be to send us a written/ video feedback regarding your journey with. Before and after photographs can be sent on whatsapp
